Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, this exclusive complex of 20 tourist villas of 400m2 each in Estepona, Malaga pays tribute to the natural environment and cultural richness of southern Spain.
The design of the villas, which are currently under construction, are inspired by the colors and materials that characterize the region. Green and terracotta tones have been selected to evoke the avocado and orange groves, creating a contemporary resort oasis that harmonizes with the essence of the Mediterranean.
Balance between warmth andfreshness
The design proposal seeks a balance between warmth and freshness, incorporating custom-made elements in collaboration with local artisans. Each villa features a distinctive detail, such as a wall with traditional tiles designed exclusively for the project, highlighting the authenticity and unique character of each space.
The villas have been designed with a sustainable and artisanal approach, paying homage to the local culture and surrounding nature, ensuring that every detail reflects the essence and know-how of the region.
