We spend time analyzing what we find in an existing space before starting a design proposal, from materiality to equipment that can coherently adhere to a new use and aesthetic.

Heuristic analysis
Where do we start from?
We do a deep dive to get a true picture of the current situation and state of our client’s space in terms of user experience and existing materiality.
The analysis will evaluate the current design, the layout of the environment and the materials used based on criteria of surfaces per material, their qualities, usability and experience.
Interaction with the physical environment, comfort, efficiency and health will be taken into account to optimize your experience.
We will work in parallel on a phygital analysis, several interviews with interested parties for better data extraction, collaborative work sessions and an inventory of the space at the level of materiality and equipment.

Strategy and implementation
We know that change is a process where all the people who will inhabit a new space must be involved. Hence our work to effectively communicate the new design and achieve ownership among the people who will use it, as well as focusing on reducing our environmental impact throughout the design process.
To this process we add an implementation guide by type of space that reflects the characteristics, uses, functions of each space, maintenance and repairability, in addition to laying the foundations for scalability of the project in different locations in an easy and optimized way.
